Camera Shot & Angles

Courtney King P8

HERES A FEW DIFFERENT SHOTS AND ANGLES

A canted angle shot

In shot number 1 I was trying to create a canted angle shot. In which I was showing the landscape and environment in an attempt to create a gloomy mood.

Knee level shot

In shot number 2 I was taking a knee level shot. This was to show the individual walking a pathway which we do not know where to.

Extreme close up

In shot number 3 I took an extreme close up shot. This was to show her emotions through her eyes.

High Angle shot

Shot number 4 was a high angle shot. This was to show the individual standing looking around while being suspicious.

Close up taken out to an extreme wide shot

In shot number 5, the last shot, it was a a close up taken all the way out to an extreme wide shot. This was to end the video and show more of the location of the scene.

My Introduction!

   Intro of Myself!!!

   About me:

Hello, my name is Courtney King, I am 15 years old, and my birthday is on April 2. I love to play basketball and flag football as my hobbies, but really most of the time I am probably watching Netflix. I especially love playing with my dog (that's basically my child), watching movies, and listening to music. Also, if you know me you will know I am very family oriented. I get most of my volunteer hours by being a part of the sports medicine program as I wanna become an orthopedic surgeon. I have a lot of future goals for myself that i would love to accomplish.

Why I joined this class:

This class came to my attention because a friend introduced me to it. This is perfect since film studies really interest me and it's a Cambridge class. So, I thought great! While I watch movies I'm always thinking WOW this must've taken a lot of effort to make. I am very excited to see for myself how this process really goes. I hope for an amazing year in this class!
